Healthy Morning Habits to Kick Start Your Day
Believe it or not, mornings don't have to be a
drudgery at all. In fact, mornings
should be the most exciting part of your day
the sun has just broke the horizon, the house is quietly stirring and you have
a 15, 16 hour adventure ahead of you! Even if you're dreading what's to come
for the day, there are many things you can do to spice up your morning and kick

1) Rise Early in the Morning
When we say early in the morning, there's no
need to be up at 4 AM. Rise and shine by 7 AM, to have a fresh start to your

2) Drink water & Freshen up with a lemony

later at the end of the day.
9) Pack a healthy snack for the day
Got a long day of work ahead? It may be a
good idea to bring with you a healthy snack, such as fresh fruits or nuts. I
mean, who knows if you'll get hungry in between meal times? When that happens,
the last thing you want to do is to succumb to the temptation of getting that sinful
chocolate bar.
